This page explains what happens to the details you send us through book.stagesaga.com, and who else is involved.

Quote requests and crew applications

When you press Send request or Send application, the details you entered are sent to STAGE SAGA by email. Quote requests go to mediaunit@stagesaga.com. Crew applications go to support@stagesaga.com. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to plan and deliver that production. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

The email is the record: these forms do not write to a separate customer database on this site. The message is delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes it on our behalf in order to deliver it. Your enquiry then sits in our company mailboxes, which run on Microsoft 365, for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would rather not use the form, every page lists our email addresses and you can write to us directly.

The optional Download a copy button saves a text file to your own device. That happens entirely in your browser and sends us nothing.

Booking a production call

The call booking panel is provided by Cal.com, which is loaded only when you open Book a call. When it loads it receives your IP address and normal browser request information, and it may set cookies needed for the booking to work. The name, email and any notes you enter there are held by Cal.com and shared with us so we can attend the call and send you a calendar invitation. Cal.com’s own privacy notice applies to the booking tool itself.

Portfolio films

Selected-work players load from Vimeo only when you choose Watch film. This sends Vimeo your IP address and normal browser request information. We request its Do Not Track mode, but essential player and security cookies may still be used. Vimeo’s privacy policy applies to its player.

Site assets and browsing

Fonts and images are served from this site. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not put your contact details in the URL. Our host, Vercel, keeps routine server logs of requests for pages and assets, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We record the submitting IP address on form enquiries so we can deal with spam and abuse.

Links to other sites

LinkedIn and directions links open third-party websites. Their own privacy practices apply once you follow a link.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@stagesaga.com and we will deal with it. STAGE SAGA LLC is licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), licence No. 2535173.
